OUR VALUES R.E.D. Inc. is first and foremost about people working harmoniously and productively together. For this to happen everybody at R.E.D. Inc.,wether they are service users, management committee members, employed staff or volunteers needs to behave according to some shared values.
RESPECT People should treat each other with respect at all times. This means not using hurtful language towards others, observing the rights of others, and treating people with courtesy.
ACCEPTANCE OF DIVERSITY We are all different; and the world is a better place for it! People should be accepted and included regardless of their ability, physical characteristics, age, ethnicity, sexuality, religion or gender.
